The challenge
A firm of senior executive assistants whose best work goes unseen, on a Squarespace site the team couldn’t easily change.
The brief
An identity as composed as the service, and a site the founders run themselves.

Elite EA places senior executive assistants with founders, VC teams and private clients. It set out to look as composed as its service, on a site its founders run themselves.
01 · Project overview
Invisible, yet indispensable.
Elite EA places senior, U.S.-based executive assistants with founders and CEOs.
Its clients include startups, VC teams and private clients, on remote, month-to-month terms. The better an assistant is, the less you notice the work, and that is hard to show. The founders wanted a brand that made the quiet work visible.
02 · The opportunity
Show the leverage.
The old Squarespace site had thin pages, no analytics and no real mobile layout.
Its clients are leaders who judge in seconds. The insight was in what an assistant does: one person who multiplies a leader’s capacity. Elite EA was not selling help. It was selling time back, and the brand had to say so calmly.

03 · Visual identity
Many lines, one point.
The mark is a star: many lines converging on one point.
Eight hairlines run into a solid center whose sides curve inward, the force multiplier. It sits in a black-and-white Swiss system, set in Neue Montreal, with one chartreuse accent for buttons and the favicon. Four pillars keep it honest: discreet, precise, proactive, composed.

04 · The website
A site the founders run.
We designed the site mobile first and built it in Webflow.
It has pages for each service and each kind of client, a four-step how-it-works story, and lists running from the CMS. It went live on 30 December 2025. The founders have editor access, training and documentation, and update photos and copy themselves.
05 · Voice and words
Short sentences. Nothing extra.
We wrote a voice guide around five traits, then wrote the site in it.
Confident, refined, clear, warm and client-centric. The lines became the brand’s own: time back, focus forward; priorities handled; we don’t just manage calendars, we manage capacity. In the final pass we cut every filler line.

06
Quiet on purpose.
Black and white on a Swiss grid, Neue Montreal and a single chartreuse accent.

What changed.
One star mark across every surface, and a new site the founders run themselves.
